Woman: How to Conquer Your Low Self-Esteem
In a society where ultra-thin models are beautiful and SuperMoms are hailed, the pressure to adapt is so heavy that a greater part in the women population that could not cope up. This large percentage tends to develop low self-esteem for they could not even get close to the image that the society wants them to have; society that gives more importance to having a stunning face and perfect body contours than inside beauty. (Well, it is not for us to debate on what real essence of beauty. Let us accept the fact that the society is expecting something for us.)
But this does not mean that all women should adapt and those who cannot are left out in the dark.
As was said, the effect of the pressure of the society to become beautiful outside creates a large number of women to lose self-esteem.
Yes, the issue here is self-esteem and its effects to women.
You must admit that there comes a point in your life that you have become ashamed of who you are that even going out would mean exposing yourself to embarrassment. As a result, you spent more time on the treadmill and eating vegetables for years and you can still say you love doing it. You do this to belong, right? You might feel you have gained confidence but the reality is, no matter how hard you push yourself to shed those pound off your body, you cannot do it. Why? Because self-esteem in an internal matter so your mind has the option to choose if you want to carry it or not.
You might not agree, but the thing is, it is no matter how you look, as long as you know how to carry yourself, low self-esteem will never be an issue to you.

Believing in yourself, your capabilities, importance, and uniqueness is perhaps the best way to improve you self-esteem. You have a purpose so why not remove the pressure that tells you what you should be. Just believe in yourself and live a good life.

Remember that improving your self-esteem involves loving yourself. So, never forget to love who you are and accept what you have. You may aim to have more but it does not mean that you should hate what the nature has given to you.
Exercise regularly. You do this not because you want others to see that you look great. You do this because you need to stay healthy. And health can boost your self-esteem.
A woman with low self-esteem does not want to take risk in doing something for they are afraid to commit mistakes. This attitude will lead a person to deprive herself to have a good life. If you don't want to be like this, set some goals that you think you can attain. Small goal is a great start. And little by little make your goals harder. This will develop you as a person at the same time, it will develop your self-esteem.
And finally, forget all the pains you have felt from the past together with your forgiveness to the people involved including you.
